| The oak floor opposite was so badly water damaged that the floor collapsed underfoot. We had to remove all the existing flooring and joists. The cleared underfloor area then expertly treated for dry rot. New treated joists and a permanent fan to keep air circulating before the new oak floor was fitted exactly to the same height.
